Marsalis Causey is a Senior pursuing a degree in Theatre, along with a Musical Theatre Certificate and Dance Minor, at Columbus State University. He also attends classes at CSU’s Youth Dance Conservatory (YDC). Marsalis is originally from Atlanta, GA. Previous CSU performances include Fall 2023 Dance Concert and the musical Pippin (by Bob Fosse & Stephen Schwartz). Marsalis has also worked with the Columbus Ballet and performed in their 25th anniversary production of The Nutcracker (by Marius Petipa) as Party Parent and the Snow King, and additionally performed in Carnival of the Animals as Lion. His regional theatre credits include The Bodyguard with Springer Opera House.
